Benjamin K. Shiffman guides clients through virtually all facets of the commercial litigation process. Ben works closely with clients to resolve disputes before litigation is required, explore litigation alternatives including arbitration or mediation, and, when litigation cannot be avoided, also represents clients from initiation of an action through the courtroom trial process. Ben’s experience in civil matters also includes advising clients through SEC investigations in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion for all involved parties.

Additionally, Ben represents clients in criminal matters, including export control investigation and criminal trials before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
