Sierra M. Taylor focuses her practice on banking and finance matters, concentrating on real estate finance and fund finance transactions. Sierra represents major European and international banks, as well as investment funds and debt funds. Sierra has advised lenders and funds in respect of facilities for hedge funds of funds, master-feeder structures, subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities and other borrowing base facilities. Her experience also includes advising across the full range of real estate related transactions, including straight investment loans, development facilities, hotel financing, loan-on-loan and repo financing.

  • Advised the lender in respect of a £90,000,000 financing for the acquisition of 16 mixed use properties in England, Wales and Scotland.°
  • Advised the borrower in respect of a £163,000,000 development facility for the acquisition and full redevelopment of a site in South-West London.°
  • Advised the lender in respect of a £1bn programme financing for a master-feeder fund structure established in Ireland secured by assets held in custody with an Irish depositary.°
  • Advised a debt fund in respect of a programme subscription facility for up to USD 500,000,000 for multiple borrowers secured by a cascading security arrangement through feeder funds incorporated in Luxembourg, Delaware and the Cayman Islands.°
  • Advised the lender on a term facility agreement for a Cayman Islands incorporated borrower secured by a portfolio of seed capital investments.°
  • Advised the lender on a EUR 100,000,000 NAV facility for a private equity fund.°
  • Advised the lender on a EUR 40,000,000 multicurrency revolving hybrid facility agreement for a feeder fund secured by uncalled commitments and assets of the master fund held through a custodial arrangement.°
  • Advised a private equity fund on a €100,000,000 subscription backed facility agreement.°
  • Advised the original lender on a €143,000,000 senior facility secured by a portfolio of logistics assets in Finland, Germany, and Netherlands.°
  • Advised the original lender on a €87,000,000 senior facility for a private equity fund secured by commercial real estate in France.°
  • Advised the original lender on a €150,000,000 financing for M7 Real Estate Ltd's acquisition of a portfolio of 55 light industrial and retail real estate assets in the Netherlands.°
  • Advised joint venture partners as borrowers in the financing of their €420,000,000 acquisition of a European hotel portfolio with hotels located in Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, and Poland.°
  • Advised joint venture partners in respect of a €46,000,000 senior facility for the acquisition and development of a Spanish hotel.°
  • Advised the borrower in respect of a £100,000,000 development facility to finance the development of Camden Town Hall in London into a luxury lifestyle hotel.°
