Marta Wdowiak concentrates her practice on litigation, particularly in cases involving the enforcement of difficult claims, as well as representing creditors and debtors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. She advises companies in commercial, financial, construction, and corporate disputes before both common courts and arbitration tribunals. Marta also has experience in tax and transaction advisory services as well as conducting real estate due diligence.

- Represented the bankruptcy trustee of a banking sector entity in proceedings before district courts conducted in connection with numerous summonses for settlement attempts.°
- Participated in mediation meetings as the defendant's representative.°
- Participated in work on behalf of investors (creditors) in a real estate development company in connection with accelerated arrangement proceedings pending against that company.°
- Drafted pleadings on behalf of a creditor from the energy sector in rehabilitation proceedings concerning an entity from the mining industry.°
- Conducted proceedings concerning payment disputes, representing entrepreneurs from the real estate development, construction, energy, and food industries.°
- Prepared legal analyses related to representing clients in arbitration proceedings under the UNICITRAL, New York Convention, and Polish Confederation Lewiatan regimes.°
- Advised FLE GmbH in connection with the acquisition of real estate.°
- Participated in the preparation of due diligence reports for key entities in the real estate development industry as well as foreign investors.°
- Participated in transactions involving the acquisition of shares in special purpose vehicles by foreign investors in connection with asset deal transactions.°
- Participated in the negotiation and the preparation of commercial real estate sale agreements.°
