Benjamin Wood focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in the federal and state courts in New York. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ben practiced at one of the premier white collar litigation boutiques in New York City. From 2016 to 2018, Ben served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and to then-Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

  • Represented a wrongfully convicted inmate in an habeas corpus appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
  • Represented the founder of an education non-profit in debarment matter concerning corporate governance issues.°
