She is particularly focused on advising health care companies, private equity-backed platforms, and emerging businesses operating in dynamic and evolving regulatory frameworks.Magaly also advises clients on the regulatory and policy aspects of healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including diligence, structuring considerations, and post-transaction regulatory strategy—particularly in health care services, behavioral health, and emerging care delivery models.In her government affairs practice, Magaly represents clients in legislative and regulatory advocacy, advising on proposed legislation, stakeholder engagement, policy strategy, and advocacy strategies to amend or defeat proposed legislation.

- Represented auto manufacturer in its policy advocacy portfolio inclusive of ZEV incentives, charging infrastructure and industry business items before the Administration, Legislature, and regulators.
