Greenberg Traurig Mexico earns Best Places to Work LGBTQ+ certification by HRC Equidad MX for third consecutive year

MEXICO CITY Dec. 9, 2022 – The Greenberg Traurig Mexico City office obtained, for a third consecutive year, the Best Places to Work LGTBQ+ certification from HRC Equidad MX. The firm received the highest possible score of 100.

The HRC Equidad MX Global Workplace Equality Program scores firms and companies on their policies and programs addressing LGBTQ+ employees. The following four areas are evaluated:

  • Adoption of non-discrimination policies
  • Creation of a network of employees and allies or diversity and inclusion councils
  • Internal LGBTQ+ training and educational best practices
  • Participation in public activities to support LGBTQ+ infusion
