Greenberg Traurig Tokyo Expands Corporate Practice with Addition of Hiroshi Miura as Shareholder

TOKYO – Feb. 27, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues the strategic expansion of its Tokyo office Corporate Practice with the addition of Hiroshi Miura as a shareholder. He joins the firm from the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Miura focuses his practice on a broad array of corporate matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions where he represents underwriters as well as issuers, and equity offerings including initial public offerings and preferred stock issuance. He assists Japanese and multi-national companies, which are seeking assistance with matters in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Miura joins Greenberg Traurig’s award-winning attorney team in Tokyo which focuses on corporate, capital markets, funds and investment management, financial regulatory and compliance, real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, dispute resolution, labor, and employment, intellectual property matters.

Miura earned his LL.B. from Chuo University in Tokyo and admission from The Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. He is admitted to the bar in Japan.
