  • Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
  • Represented an international brewer in the sale of its beer brands in Eastern Europe to a Japanese brewer (USD 7.8 billion).
  • Represented a Japanese industrial gas manufacture in the acquisition of industrial gas business from a European industrial gas manufacture (EUR 5 billion).
  • Represented a Japanese steak restaurant chain in Nasdaq listing, which is the first US listing by Japanese restaurant business.
  • Represented provider of eDiscovery and digital forensic services in Nasdaq listing, which is the first NASDAQ listing for more than 13 years by a Japanese issuer.°
  • Represented Japan’s 2nd largest pachinko hall operator in Hong Kong listing, which is the very first Hong Kong initial public offering by a Japanese issuer.°
