Dr. Henrik Armah

Henrik Armah is a shareholder and Co-Chair of the German Corporate group. He advises international and domestic clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate transformations. He specializes in cross border transactions (buy side and sell side). Henrik’s clients include industry players as well as private equity firms, venture capitalists and strategic investors. 

Henrik is an expert with significant experience and in-depth know-how in the technology, media, life sciences, telecoms and real estate sectors. Recent work highlights include the acquisition of the medtech company Acti-Med for PE fund Gilde Healthcare, the acquisition of software developer Meelogic Consulting GmbH for GlobalLogic and the acquisition of Praxair’s European industrial gases business for Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation.

Henrik has been actively representing clients in these sectors since 2007. He spent parts of his legal traineeship in New York and was on secondment in London.
