Matthew focuses his practice on commercial real estate and has wide-ranging experience in investments sales and purchases, lettings and development projects. - Advising Universal and Comcast on the acquisition of land in Bedfordshire for the subsequent development of a major theme park.
- Advised Goodman in relation to the development and onward sale of the £1bn GDV Eastside Locks mixed use scheme in Birmingham.
- Advised Paloma Capital in connection with Project Partridge being the sale of a £240m portfolio of industrial estates to Partners Group.
- Acting for Anglesea Capital on the establishment of a JV with Goldman Sachs as well as related sale of three logistics sites.
- Advised Goodman in connection with the £180m purchase of the Staples Corner Business Park in North London.
- Advised Schroders together with JV partner in connection with the £1bn redevelopment of 55 Bishopsgate.
- Advised Paloma Capital in relation to the acquisition of a 42 industrial property portfolio for c £90m.
- Advised Oxtec in relation to the £140m sale of Oxford Technology Park and their appointment under a DFA to build out the remainder of the development.
- Advising a Anglesea Capital on a JV in connection with the £90m acquisition of an office and logistics park in Chineham.
- Advising Paloma Capital on the 2026 Project Pintail sale of 20 industrial estates for £194m to Golden Tree.
- Advised PLP on the circa £168 million sale of a four-asset logistics portfolio to KKR and Mirastar.
