- Advised the British Land P.L.C on the £473 million acquisition of Paddington Central from Aviva Investors.°
- Advised Goodman in relation to the development and onward sale of the £1bn GDV Eastside Locks mixed use scheme in Birmingham.
- Advised the Schroder Columbus and Gresham funds on all their real estate work including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.°
- Advised Columbus in connection with the £220m Partridge Portfolio sale of 42 industrial estates.°
- Acted for Blackrock on the sale of their strategic land platform, Lands Improvement Holdings.°
- Advised CPC on various elements of their flagship One Hyde Park development, including mixed-use structuring, site assembly, unit sales and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) structuring.°
- Advised the British Land P.L.C in relation to all letting, disposal and management activity of British Lands West End Portfolio including the flag ship Regent’s Place scheme.°
- Advised Jurassic, an overseas investor, on the planning and Joint Venture (JV) elements of a proposed residential tower development in Elephant & Castle.°
- Advised Schroders together with JV partner in connection with the £200m acquisition of 55 Bishopsgate.°
- Advised the sale by Aviva Investors of the 20 acre Houghton Regis Logistics Development for £90m to Lidl.
- Advised Paloma Capital in relation to the acquisition of a 42 industrial property portfolio for c £90m
- Advised Meininger Hotels in relation to their UK property portfolio.
- Advised Hill Street Holdings in relation to the lettings and sales of their Oxford Technology Park Campus.
