Matthew focuses his practice on commercial real estate and has wide-ranging experience in investments sales and purchases, lettings and development projects. Matthew advises property industry clients across the real estate, retail and financial institutions sectors.

  • Advised Paloma Capital in connection with Project Partridge being the sale of a £240m portfolio of industrial estates to Partners Group.
  • Advised Columbus in connection with the £220m Partridge Portfolio sale of 42 industrial estates.
  • Advised Goodman in connection with the £180m purchase of the Staples Corner Business Park in North London.
  • Advised Schroders together with JV partner in connection with the £1bn redevelopment of 55 Bishopsgate.
  • Advised the sale by Aviva Investors of the 20 acre Houghton Regis Logistics Development for £90m to Lidl.
  • Advised Paloma Capital in relation to the acquisition of a 42 industrial property portfolio for c £90m
  • Advised Meininger Hotels in relation to their UK property portfolio.
  • Advised Oxtec in relation to the £140m sale of Oxford Technology Park and their appointment under a DFA to build out the remainder of the development.
