An annual event hosted by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association that promotes the retention of female and minority attorneys in the legal profession, as well as other groups at risk of leaving the profession. The theme of this year's event is "Practicing with Purpose." Guest speakers include:

- Circuit Court Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County,
- Elena Kohn, in-house counsel at Advent Health,
- DOJ Trial Attorney Reggie Cuyler of the Criminal Division,
- Simone Marstiller, of counsel at Gunster, and
- Ben Odom, Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at NASCAR
