NEW YORK – Feb. 15, 2023 –Bruce Jackson, associate general counsel and managing director of strategic partnership in the office of the president at Microsoft Corporation, will speak about his journey to the C-suite during a Black History Month Courageous Conversation webinar hosted by global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Feb. 23 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Jackson will be joined by Greenberg Traurig Litigation Shareholder and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Officer Nikki Lewis Simon and Labor & Employment Shareholder and Greenberg Traurig African American Inclusion Network (GAIN) Affinity Group Co-Chair Natasha L. Wilson.

In his memoir, “Never Far from Home,” Jackson writes about rising from poverty to a stellar career at the top of the technology and music industries. His inspirational story will come to life during this Courageous Conversation as he offers insights on career development and on how he made it to the C-suite. Jackson has over 32 years of experience assisting companies with growing their businesses. His career reflects his success with supporting large-scale transformation in domestic and global markets, helping customers in regulated industries meet regulatory requirements when migrating to the cloud. Further, he has spent three decades working with some of the top music producers in the United States.
Simon, a commercial litigator with more than two decades of experience, primarily serves as the firm’s chief DE&I officer. Prior to assuming primary responsibilities on the business side of the firm, Simon represented her cross-industry clients’ business objectives by protecting their capital – human, intellectual, and financial – against claims of wrongdoing in complex commercial and class action litigation.
Wilson focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She is chair of the Atlanta Labor & Employment Practice and co-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice's Corporate Restructuring & Employment Due Diligence group.
