Real Estate: Preferred Equity Investment

Real Estate Shareholders Jon S. Robins and Michael A. Suleta are co-presenting a real estate CLE designed to address issues from both the investor/lender perspective and the sponsor/borrower perspective. During times of higher interest rates, preferred equity can provide an attractive alternative to writing, or asking investors to write, additional capital checks to close financing gaps.
