Greenberg Traurig Advised Manova Partners on the Sale of Zaułek Piękna Office Building in Warsaw

WARSAW – 13 May 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised Manova Partners on the sale of the Zaułek Piękna office building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate. 

Zaułek Piękna offers over 8,100 sqm of office space and 700 sqm of retail and service space. The property will be modernized and repositioned as a highly energy-efficient Class A building by its new owner. 

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Karol Lewandowski, who was supported by Senior Associate Wiktor Wacławski and Associate Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek
