Scott Fraser

Scott Fraser practices in the areas of private equity health care, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in various aspects of the deal process, including conducting thorough due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and providing acquisition counseling.

Scott’s work involves guiding clients through complex transactions. He also provides counsel on regulatory matters and state laws, creating memos for both internal and external use.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Scott gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Becerra at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
