Burkhard Frisch is senior member of the German infrastructure group specializing in complex infrastructure projects, in particular projects involving the cooperation of public and private entities. He advises in the technology, transportation, security and healthcare areas as well as in the energy sector. Burkhard Frisch focuses on contract, commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on designing and negotiating complex procurement, operating and similar contracts.

Burkhard Frisch has broad and long-standing experience in the preparation and implementation of complex infrastructure projects. He advises private companies and public institutions, including numerous federal authorities. His particular expertise includes the design and establishment of joint ventures and co-operations as well as the structuring and execution of transactions under corporate law.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he was a partner in a Big Four law firm's public law practice and a partner in the corporate law practice of an international business law firm, where he also advised on joint ventures, collaborations and corporate transactions.
