Burkhard Frisch is a member of the German infrastructure group with a focus on projects involving public and private entities. He advises clients, in particular in the transportion, security, and defense sectors. Burkhard concentrates his practice on contract, commercial and corporate law issues. With more than twenty years of private practice, before joining the firm he worked as a partner in the public law group of a big four firm as well as a partner in the corporate group of an international law firm, where he also advised on joint ventures, co-operations and transactions.
