2022 IP and the Internet

The California Lawyers Association IP Section is hosting its flagship program, IP and the Internet, on July 27 at 9:00 am CST. The virtual conference will cover a wide range of internet law topics, from new issues like Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), to evergreen and constantly evolving issues like privacy, cybersecurity and website legal compliance. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will lead the session "Internet Law Year in Review: Hindsight is 2022." The session will focus on the past year of changes in internet law and how quickly those laws can impact the internet.
