Greenberg Traurig Mexico will host the event “Minds and Machines: The Mediation Experience,” organized by JAMS in collaboration with INCAM, which will take place on January 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at our office.
The program will include a simulation of an international commercial dispute, conducted in parallel by a human mediator and a digital mediator, marking the first time this format is presented in Spanish in Latin America. The experience will explore the potential of generative artificial intelligence in mediation, as well as its role in complementing and enhancing human skills.
