Robert Gago, legal advisor

Robert Gago is Head of the Competition Law Practice at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office. He advises clients in the field of competition and consumer protection law and economic regulation.

His experience includes representation in administrative anti-trust proceedings conducted by competition enforcement agencies. Robert advises on competition law aspects of M&A projects and represents clients in merger proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority as well as in procedures before the European Commission. He also represents undertakings in court proceedings regarding appeals against authorities’ decisions.

Robert Gago has for many years been featured amongst highly recommended competition experts by the following legal guides: Chambers Europe, EMEA Legal 500, Global Competition Review, Polityka Insight (Directory of regulatory law offices in Poland), LMG Life Science Stars, Expert Guides and Acritas Star.

Aleksander Janiszewski, legal advisor

Aleksander Janiszewski focuses his practice on representing borrowers and lenders in domestic and cross-border bank financings, including syndicated, acquisition, leveraged, DIP and LOC facilities. Aleksander also has experience in debt offerings, including high yield.

He is admitted to practice in New York, England and Poland. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig Aleksander worked at top international law firms in New York and London.

He is recommended by IFLR1000 and EMEA Legal 500 in Banking & Finance and in Capital Markets (Debt).

Anna Hałas-Krawczyk and Dominik Rafałko have been elevated to the position of Local Partner:

Anna Hałas-Krawczyk, legal advisor

Anna Hałas-Krawczyk is Head of the Labor and Employment Law Practice at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office.

Anna is experienced in labor law and has extensive knowledge about management contracts and incentive plans for top management. Her practice focuses on assisting a variety of foreign and domestic entities in conducting employment restructuring, mass redundancies as well as preparing incentive schemes for employees.

International legal rankings recommend Anna as a leading lawyer with respect to labor law.

Dominik Rafałko, legal advisor
Dominik Rafałko is a member of one of the largest real estate teams in Poland.

Dominik focuses his practice on real estate, corporate and civil law matters. He has been involved in real estate transactions and participated in construction and development projects.

Dominik’s experience includes providing comprehensive advice on a variety of environmental legal problems and on implementation of PPP instruments in Poland.
