Warsaw – April 23, 2019 – Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig, LLP Warsaw office advised Tritax EuroBox plc, a fund investing in Continental European logistics real estate assets, on the acquisition of a technologically advanced logistics facility in Stryków, Central Poland, from one of the Panattoni Europe group companies. It was Tritax EuroBox plc’s first investment in the Polish market and it included, among other things, negotiating documentation related to the further development of the facility and its management.
The Greenberg Traurig transaction team was led by Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Head of Real Estate in Poland, with support from Senior Associate Barbara Pancer and Associate Filip Janeczko. Partner Aleksander Janiszewski, supported by Associate Maja Gawrysiuk, was responsible for the financing aspect of the acquisition. Senior Associate Maciej Kacymirow provided tax advice related to the transaction.
