Greenberg Traurig Advised Eastnine on the Acquisition of Two Office Buildings in Poznań

WARSAW – 6 May 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska.

The value of the transaction is EUR 121 million.

The property consists of two office buildings located in the heart of Poznań. Together they offer approx. 39,000 sqm of modern office space and form part of the Nowy Rynek project which combines buildings with office, retail and residential functionalities to create one of the largest urban projects in Poznań’s recent history.

Nowy Rynek D is the first acquisition in this sector completed by Eastnine AB in Poland.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Olga Durawa, supervised by Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński and supported by Associate Bruno Jasic. Senior Associate Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz and Associate Iga Czerniak were responsible for the financing aspects of the transaction. Local Partner Justyna Szwech negotiated the title insurance policy for the transaction.
