WARSAW – 13 September 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a logistics park located near Tricity, just over 20 km from the airport and 8 km from the Port of Gdynia.
The warehouse building has a total lease area of 46 000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig transaction team was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supported by Associate Jakub Gajzler and Junior Associate Maciej Smaczyński. Associate Iga Czerniak advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
