Emanuele Cagnetta advises banks, private credit funds, financial institutions, corporate borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions. His practice covers leveraged acquisitions, corporate and real estate financings, syndicated and bilateral lending, as well as bond issuances, including high-yield notes listed on multilateral trading facilities, across both syndicated and private debt markets.
He is also involved in debt restructuring transactions and special situations lending, acting on both domestic and cross-border matters.
