Alex Cain is a member of the firm’s Global Real Estate Practice and Private Funds Group. He is a trusted advisor to real estate sponsors and investors on the formation and operation of real estate investment funds and joint ventures. He also regularly represents clients in real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters across all commercial real estate asset classes.
His experience allows him to counsel clients through the full life cycle of their commercial real estate needs providing understanding and alignment of their fund and joint venture structures with individual asset transactions.
