Zita Chan is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and transactional matters. She represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other corporate clients from different sectors, including venture capital, technology, manufacturing and projects and energy. Zita has been involved in complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, equity issuances and corporate financing. Zita also assists clients with general corporate counselling matters, commercial transactions and entity formations.
