Korey Cowan represents private and public companies across a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. He regularly advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions and dispositions, platform investments, add-on transactions, and strategic combinations, guiding clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle. In addition to M&A and private equity work, he has experience advising early-stage companies and investors on formation, governance, and venture capital and other growth equity financings. In addition, Korey regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including structuring, commercial arrangements, and ongoing operational issues.
