Martin Kedziora concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, focusing on real estate disputes, receiverships, post‑judgment proceedings and asset recovery, and product liability matters in state and federal courts nationwide.

Martin represents and counsels lenders, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and investors in navigating and resolving a wide range of disputes arising from real estate development and financing transactions, mortgage foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, mechanics’ liens, and commercial leases. His experience spans a variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, hotels, data centers, and shopping centers.

Martin has wide-ranging experience in federal and state receivership proceedings nationwide, representing receivers, lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders in receivership and other distressed‑asset matters. He has significant experience with senior housing and skilled nursing facilities, including the stabilization, operation, and disposition of distressed health care and commercial real estate assets through receivership proceedings.

In addition, Martin maintains a robust asset recovery and post‑judgment collection practice. He routinely represents both judgment creditors and judgment debtors in judgment enforcement and collection matters, including asset turnover proceedings, veil‑piercing claims, fraudulent transfer actions, and related bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
