Tatyana Litovsky focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis in dispositions and acquisitions of real property, including office, industrial and retail properties, and real estate finance. She has experience representing borrowers in complex transactions, including portfolio loans with multiple borrowers and multiple properties in multiple states. Tatyana's practice also includes the representation of institutional landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial properties.
