Mitch Reynolds represents clients in hospitality and real estate transactions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. He works with hotel owners, operators, investors, and financiers on hotel development, operator selection, management agreements, franchising, leasing, sales and acquisitions, investment structures, branded-residential and mixed-use structures, and real estate financing.
His global experience spans hotel trophy assets and portfolio transactions, branded residences, mixed-use developments, student accommodation, and other third-party-managed real estate projects.

- Acted for the Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PIF) advising this sovereign wealth fund on its 47,000-key hotel and residences mega-development in Medina, Saudi Arabia – including hotel and branded residential licensing and operations agreements, and the development and stratification of the giga-project master community.°
- Acted for Qiddiya, assisting a subsidiary of the PIF on hotel management terms for its US$8 billion development of a mixed-use destination to include core city development, circa 24 hotels, branded residential, entertainment park, racetrack and waterpark.°

- Acted for the Egyptian International Company for Touristic Investments (ICTI) on its casino management arrangements, and its rebranding of trophy hotel Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile — the world’s largest Sofitel hotel.°
- Acted for La Vie Hotels & Resorts on numerous hotel, hospitality and student accommodation engagements across Australia, Philippines, Thailand, Laos, and Pacific Islands, including The Forest by Yoo Patong hotel and branded residences, Thailand, and Hotel Casiana, Philippines.°

- Acted for ActivumSG in connection with its acquisition and financing of a hotel and golf resort in the south of Spain. °
- Acted for ActivumSG in transactions for development, RFP and operator selection, MOU negotiations with multiple operators, document drafting, and negotiations for hotel management agreements, hotel leases and ancillary hotel documents for six separate hotel transactions in Spain. °
- Acted for ActivumSG on its the acquisition and hotel management and licensing negotiation for a luxury branded hotel and restaurant in Spain.°
- Acted for AIMS on its HMA negotiations for the ultra-luxury Regent Makkah Hotel in the Holy City (Mecca).°
- Acted for a leading US Lifestyle and Health brand company in the negotiation and finalization of multiple hotel and branded residential agreements in the United States, Caribbean, and Saudi Arabia. °
- Advised a Ras Al Khaimah government subsidiary (and the largest real estate owner in the Emirate) on conducting an operator selection RFP with multiple brands, negotiation of the MOUs and, ultimately, a hotel management agreements suite for three hotels and a residential complex within Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.°
- Acted for Odyssey Hotel Group on the management, leasing and branded residences arrangements for the Fairmont La Hacienda Hotel and Residences in Sotogrande, Spain.°
- Acted for Star Mountain Plaza on the reorganization, management, and branded residences arrangements for the Hilton Port Moresby Hotel & Residences, Papua New Guinea.°
- Acted for DWS in the structuring and negotiation of its hybrid management-lease with Pro-Invest for The Sebel Canberra Civic hotel, its first hotel investment in Australia.°
- Acted for Olayan Financing Company in respect of its hotel management agreement for a hotel in Riyadh.°
- Acted for Hard Rock Hotels & Resorts for the franchising and branded-residential licensing and structuring for the Hard Rock Ras Al Khaimah Hotel and Residences, UAE.°
- Acted for ASRE as owner on its HMA for the voco Dubai Palm Jumeirah, situated on Palm West Beach on the manmade palm-shaped island in Dubai.°
- Advising a corporate commonwealth entity in relation to an AU$50 million investment in a hospitality real estate fund for a portfolio of energy sustainable hotels.°
- Assisted in providing advice to a state government development agency in connection with the development of the Perth City Link, a hotel and mixed-used development project in Perth’s central business district.°

- Advising in respect of real estate aspects of the multiphased distributed heating, cooling, and electricity network for the £8 billion development of one of London’s largest and most high-profile mixed-use developments.°
- Acted for Metals Acquisition Corporation’s (NYSE:MTAL) financing of its acquisition of the US$1.1 billion acquisition of the CSA Copper Mine, by way of US$205 million syndicated senior facility, a US$135 million mezzanine loan note provided by Sprott Resource Lending Corp., a US$75 million silver stream, and a US$75 million copper stream, each provided by Osisko Bermuda Limited.°
- Assisted EDF Renewables in relation to real estate aspects of the selldown of a 49% stake in 24 UK windfarms in a deal with an enterprise value of £1.4 billion.°
- Acted for a developer on the financing of Perth Hub, a 371-apartment development in Perth.°
- Acted for Hesperia in the financing of its acquisition of the Midland Brick business and assets, and property development financing.°
- Acted for a Perth CBD office tower owner in relation to all office leasing transactions for the building.°
- Acted for a retail enterprise in relation to its sale and leaseback of a portfolio of petrol stations across Australia.°
- Acted for a property financing company in respect to the financing of a 167-apartment development project in Western Australia, and the preferred equity financing of a 91-apartment development project in Western Australia.°
