Adam Siegler focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex real estate and business cases. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the real estate, telecommunications and manufacturing fields. His litigation experience includes jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts, arbitrations, special proceedings, writs and appeals.

- Represented and obtained summary judgment for Aspen Pacific Capital (Guggenheim) fund and numerous affiliates in workout and recovery litigation, involving an $80 million loan portfolio for 2000+ acre residential, multi-phased tract developments located in Imperial County, California, resulting in complete defense of $65 million claim involving complex anti-deficiency and alter ego issues.
- Successful defense and settlement of $73 million foreclosure and guaranty case involving 3,300 acre residential and commercial project.
- Representation of developer of waterfront condominium complex in Long Beach, California against claims in excess of $20 million brought by homeowner’s association to challenge monthly compensation owed to developer from inception of complex through 2041. After three week trial, and multiple appeals, defeated claims for disgorgement of past fees paid, and as part of appellate team, obtained published decision which ordered payment of more than $30 million owing to the developer.
- $1.2 million award for Los Angeles Export Terminal in construction litigation arising out of the petroleum coke handling facility in the Port of Los Angeles, including complete defense against $10 million cost-overrun claim by general contractor.
- Successful defense and favorable settlement of $4.5 million construction defect claims and cross-complaints for developer of large residential project.
- Successful defense and favorable settlement of construction defect claims and cross-complaints for developer of large residential project.
- Favorable settlement for upscale mobile home park owner in multi-million dollar defect claim by large group of homeowners.
- Successful defense of material supplier in luxury condominium project construction defect case.
- Successful representations of builders and owners in premium hillside home disputes, including defect claims and construction management issues.
- Secured defense verdict in federal jury trial, on behalf of Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., in defense of $18 million claim under the Lanham Act.
- Second chair and lead on expert witnesses in successful defense of Tropicana Products Co., Inc. in Lanham Act federal jury trial, resulting in complete defense verdict on claims in excess of $10 million.
- Second chair and lead on biochemical expert witnesses in successful defense of Welch Foods, Inc. in Lanham Act federal jury trial.
- Successful trial defense of $4.5 million securities fraud claim against attorney.
- Successful trial defense of AT&T in real estate claim for fiber optic placement for telephone company.
