Maura G. Solometo

Maura G. Solometo is a member of the Public Finance Practice Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. Maura serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank’s counsel and disclosure counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions. Maura also serves as counsel to bond purchasers and lenders in private placement of multifamily housing financing for new construction, or acquisition and rehabilitation of existing projects.
