Glenn J. Thompson


Glenn J. Thompson focuses his practice on corporate matters, working with buyers and sellers in negotiating acquisitions and divestitures as well as counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates transaction documents. Glenn has experience representing clients in corporate and commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Prior to law school, Glenn managed digital ad campaigns across multiple sports and entertainment web and mobile properties for Turner Broadcasting, including and Sports Illustrated Digital.

Active in community service throughout his academic and professional career, Glenn currently serves on the board of Delaware College Scholars, a Delaware college preparatory program for high school students.
