Eleanor Withers is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. She represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial litigation and professional liability matters. She maintains a diverse practice, litigating cases related to contract disputes, business torts, medical malpractice, and catastrophic personal injury and property damage. Eleanor is a strategic advocate who assists clients through all phases of the litigation lifecycle in both state and federal courts.
