Alice Zhu focuses her practice on matters related to executive compensation and benefits in connection with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, private equity, and other strategic transactions. Prior to focusing on tax, Alice served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, where she drafted opinions and advised on hearings.
