SAN FRANCISCO – Dec. 5, 2017 – G. Michelle Ferreira, of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been appointed to the Bar Association of San Francisco’s (BASF) 2018 Justice & Diversity Center (JDC) Board of Directors. According to the JDC website, the JDC advances fairness and equality by providing pro bono legal services to low-income people and educational programs that foster diversity in the legal profession.
“I am honored to assume this role within BASF. Equality and diversity are important to me personally, as well as to both the legal and local communities within the San Francisco Bay Area. I look forward to helping further the goals of the Justice & Diversity Center’s Board this coming year,” said Ferreira, who is managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office and co-managing shareholder of the Silicon Valley office.
