Jennifer Hermansky and Kate Kalmykov to Present at Celesq CLE Program

NEW JERSEY and PHILADELPHIA– March 08, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Immigration & Compliance Practice Shareholders Jennifer Hermansky and Kate Kalmykov will present a webinar titled “Immigration Options For Entrepreneurs” for the Celesq Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program March 9 at 2 p.m. EST.

According to the event website, this presentation will focus on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for foreign entrepreneurs, including E and L nonimmigrant visas as well as EB-1, EB-2 or EB-5 preference categories. The panel also will discuss the Department of Homeland Security International Entrepreneur Parole program. 

Hermansky, who is based in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, focuses her immigration practice on employment-based immigration and EB-5 matters. She has experience serving health care, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries as well as entrepreneurs, scientists, and researchers in scientific communities for a wide range of temporary visa options and permanent residence solutions.

Kalmykov focuses her practice on business immigration and compliance. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters including students, trainees, professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, treaty investors and traders, persons of extraordinary ability, and immigrant investors. Kalmykov leads the Immigration & Compliance Practice in the firm’s New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia offices, a team of nearly 20 attorneys and business professionals, which is currently celebrating their 10 year anniversary. She works with clients of all sizes in understanding and complying with immigration laws relating to the hiring and retention of foreign talent. Kalmykov’s practice focuses on supporting clients and advising them on temporary and permanent residency immigration options for multinational executive, business, scientific, and information technology personnel.
