Amsterdam - March 21, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Amsterdam office advised Dutch Voortman Group, a leading supplier of steel fabrication solutions, in the sale of its steel construction division to Severfield plc, a leading UK structural steel company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The acquisition of Voortman Group is reported to be a significant strategic move for Severfield, as it expands its presence in Europe and strengthens its position in the global market.
