Greenberg Traurig Advises Voortman Group in Acquisition by Severfield plc

Amsterdam - March 21, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Amsterdam office advised Dutch Voortman Group, a leading supplier of steel fabrication solutions, in the sale of its steel construction division to Severfield plc, a leading UK structural steel company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The acquisition of Voortman Group is reported to be a significant strategic move for Severfield, as it expands its presence in Europe and strengthens its position in the global market. Voortman Group's innovative technology and extensive customer base will allow Severfield to offer a broader range of solutions and services to its clients, while also enabling the company to leverage Voortman's expertise in automation and digitalization, the company reported.
