PLI's Advanced Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and TCPA Class Action Litigation 2024 program will address forensic tutorial guides; will cover the major new cases and trends from the past year in the law of data privacy, security breach, latest issues in class certification in data privacy, cybersecurity and TCPA class action suits; ransomware litigation; and the unique litigation and class certification issues when shareholders and institutional investors file suit.

Herrington, Co-Chair of the Class Action Litigation Group, will be a speaker on the "Hot Issues in Class Certification, Decertification and Administration" panel.
