This session speaker is Michelle McCrimmon, Chief Financial Officer for the City of Orlando. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, 14 of them with the City, Michelle brings deep expertise and insight into public financial management.
Before her appointment as CFO, she served nearly eight years as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, overseeing key divisions including Budget, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Risk Management, Real Estate, Fleet and Facilities, and the City’s Workday team. Prior to that, she spent six years as Controller, leading the Accounting and Control Division to ensure compliance with government financial reporting standards and providing vital support to city departments and initiatives.
