Greenberg Traurig Expands its Top-Ranked Central European Real Estate Team by 11

Former Hogan Lovells Warsaw Real Estate Head and Her Team Join in Poland

WARSAW – Sept. 5, 2017 – In a strategic move demonstrating its strength in the real estate sector and Central European market, the Warsaw office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig has added 11 members to its already top-ranked practice. Highly regarded partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, formerly head of real estate at the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells, along with her award-winning team including partner Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, two local partners Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska and Justyna Szwech, and seven associates, has joined the firm. Greenberg Traurig’s real estate team in Warsaw, now over 40 lawyers strong, will be led by Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch.

Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch brings more than 30 years of legal experience in real estate, focusing her practice on real estate transactions and financing of real estate projects. She has extensive experience in major transactions concerning commercial, office, and logistic properties and cross-border transactions. Her experience also includes arbitration proceedings in Poland.
