Greenberg Traurig’s Tiffany S. Fordyce to Speak at 2023 NELC Annual Conference

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 2, 2023 – Tiffany S. Fordyce, Labor & Employment Practice shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the National Employment Law Council (NELC) Annual Conference May 3. The event will be held in Washington, D.C. and is co-sponsored by Greenberg Traurig.

Fordyce’s panel, “Traditional Labor Law,” will discuss new developments in traditional labor law, including changes affecting organizing and the NLRB,  joint employment, managing mass arbitrations, and monitoring employees.

Fordyce concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment. She is chair of the Chicago Labor & Employment Practice and co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Group. Her employment litigation practice includes all types of discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, trade secret misappropriation claims, whistleblower claims, restrictive covenants, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims, Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act claims, and WARN Act claims. She defends single plaintiff, class action, and collective action employment cases.  Fordyce also has a robust counseling practice in which she advises employees on regulatory compliance and minimizing legal exposure.
