WARSAW – 15 October 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised the JV of Taaleri Energia and Lords LB Asset Management, two renewable energy investors in the Baltic region, in connection with obtaining the financing for the construction and operation of a 112 MW wind farm in Latvia which is expected to generate approximately 283 GWh (P90) annually.
The EUR multimillion loan was granted by a consortium of three banks: Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Luminor Bank as co-lenders to SPV owned by funds managed by Lords LB Asset Management and Taaleri Energia.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Piotr Nerwiński who was supported by Senior Associate Jakub Walawski.
Taaleri Energia is a Finnish-based renewable energy fund manager with one of the largest dedicated investment teams in Europe. The funds managed by Taaleri Energia invest in onshore wind, photovoltaic solar and battery energy storage assets.
