Amanda Anderson

Amanda Anderson represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, platform and add-on acquisitions, divestures, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions. She advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, financing considerations, closing, and post-closing integration. Drawing on experience gained at law firms in both California and Florida, Amanda regularly counsels middle-market private equity clients and their portfolio companies on complex acquisitions across a variety of industries. 

In addition to her private equity practice, Amanda advises founders, emerging growth companies, and investors on venture capital financings, strategic investments, corporate governance, and day-to-day business matters. She enjoys partnering with innovative companies as they grow and scale, providing practical, business-oriented counsel that aligns legal strategy with long-term commercial objectives.

Amanda graduated cum laude from UCLA School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in business law and policy, with additional coursework in entertainment and sports law. She is admitted to practice in both California and Florida.
