Susan M. Cohen counsels public and private companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, and broker-dealers on blue sky compliance, corporate transactions, and securities matters. With more than three decades of experience navigating federal and state securities regulations, Susan brings depth in multistate compliance, a practice area that demands precision and close coordination with regulators across all 50 states.

As part of her work, Susan regularly negotiates with the state securities regulators on matters involving registration, exemptions, broker-dealer regulation, and investment adviser requirements.
