Necky Deneus focuses his practice on structuring and negotiating joint ventures and equity investments with a particular emphasis in real estate. Necky regularly advises clients on tax efficient structuring of complex joint ventures and related transactional matters throughout the United States. He has wide-ranging experience advising on platform formations, preferred equity investments, real estate restructurings, and the acquisition and disposition of interests in private real estate companies and real estate portfolios.
