Necky regularly advises clients on tax efficient structuring of complex joint ventures and related transactional matters throughout the United States. He has wide-ranging experience advising on platform formations, preferred equity investments, real estate restructurings, and the acquisition and disposition of interests in private real estate companies and real estate portfolios.
