Carlos Guijarro Justo

Carlos is a member of Greenberg Traurig's Mexico office and focuses his practice on Capital Markets and Real Estate law.

He advises domestic and international clients on real estate transactions, financings, and mergers and acquisitions, drawing on his familiarity with proceedings before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), and the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).

His practice includes advising clients through due diligence, acquisitions, and real estate structuring, as well as secured and unsecured credit agreements and the incorporation and regularization of companies.
